All BlingByKey® items are handcrafted with care and inspected before shipping.

✨ RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Non-personalized items may be returned within 14 days of delivery if unused and in their original condition.

Because every personalized or custom rhinestone design is created uniquely for each customer, these items are **final sale** and cannot be returned or exchanged unless defective. Please contact us regarding any questions.

✨ ORDER CHANGES
If you need to update personalization details, please contact us within 24 hours. Once your order goes into production, changes may not be possible.

✨ DAMAGED OR DEFECTIVE ITEMS
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery with clear photos. We’ll repair or replace the item at our discretion.

✨ SHIPPING
Buyers are responsible for return shipping unless the product is defective. We recommend using a tracked shipping method.
