Personalized & Custom Orders

Personalized items (including custom names, titles, or specific color/design requests) are final sale once your order has been approved and/or has entered production. These items cannot be returned or exchanged due to their custom nature.

If your custom item arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. I’ll do my best to make it right.
